The purpose of the questionnaire, developed in partnership with the Gallup Organization, is to help us learn more about you and the talents you might bring to our organization. As our valued member, we are committed to your success and ensuring that working for Weight Watchers is right for you. The questionnaire takes approximately 30 to 45 minutes. Since this is a timed questionnaire, please complete the questionnaire in one session with no interruptions. Another great tip is to complete the questionnaire on a computer with high speed internet access.

Weight Watchers will contact you if opportunities that match your talents become available. If you are contacted for the next step in the employment process, you will be instructed to email or bring the completed application with you.

1. To start, go to the internet by launching a Web browser. You may use any Web browser (e.g., Internet Explorer or Netscape) to take the questionnaire.

2. Enter the Weight Watchers questionnaire website address (URL): https://gx.gallup.com/wwserviceprovidersri.gx. This is a secure website.

3. When prompted, enter the following Weight Watchers Territory Code: ­3136

This corresponds to the area in which you are applying for a position.

4. Carefully read the instructions on how to proceed and for each subsequent section of the questionnaire.

5. When you complete the questionnaire, you will receive a confirmation message.
