Oatmeal Pancakes
In a bowl, mix: 1 cup of Weight Watchers Oatmeal and 1/2 cup egg beaters (or 3 egg whites). Spray non stick skillet/pan. Pour mix into pan to make 1 big pancake or 2 medium pancakes.

Apples Brown Betty
In a flat baking dish: Lay 2 small apples sliced flat. Pour any clear diet lemon/lime soda to reach about halfway up the apple. Sprinkle appls with Weight Watchers Maple Brown Sugar Oatmeal. Bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes.

Oatmeal Parfait
In a clear glass, alternate layers of prepared Weight Watchers Oatmeal and one 6 oz Weight Watchers yogurt, any flavor.

Oatmeal Fruit Cobbler
In a baking dish, mix 1 cup Weight Watchers Maple Brown Sugar Oatmeal and one 15 oz can of sliced peaches (in light syrup or fruit juice). Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes.
