Weight Watchers Pretzel Recipes

Garlic Parmesan Baked Chicken
4 – 4 oz chicken breasts without skin
4 tsps flour
4 egg whites
4 bags Weight Watchers Garlic Parmesan Pretzel Thins

Preheat oven to 350° and spray 13×9 baking dish with non-fat cooking spray.  Dredge chicken breasts in flour and then egg whites.  Coat with crushed pretzels.  Place chicken in dish and bake for approximately 45 minutes, until done.
